Pretty sure I figured it out. Really good sleight of hand trick, but very old. The stickers he peels off the menu board go into the inside of the ring on his right hand. When he brushes the "crumbs" off his hands, he's actually disposing of the stickers. As you can see when he pretends to lick dressing off the picture with his finger, he's still cupping the sticker inside his hand. Probably fucked up trying to get rid of it the first time and using mis-direction to have another chance at emptying his hands. The burger is the same burger both times. The second time he produces it, he covers the bite marks with his thumb. I'm not sure about the first time, but I think they might already be there the first time too, which would mean it's a fake burger. (most likely is anyways). When he makes it "appear" it comes out of the wristband of his watch. When he's making it dissapear, I think he does something different both times. I think the first time he's palming it and putting it back where the watch is, and the second time I THINK he drops it somwhere, most likely a net hidden under his shirt or a loose pants pocket. I used to really be into sleight of hand magic, until I realized that I myself realllly suck at it. Same reason I gave up singing in boy bands.
